From Atlanta to Miami and Back

Myself and two friends aged 24 are planning a road trip from Atlanta to Miami and back and are looking for some cool places to stop off and visit. We don't want to guess where the best places are as we only have 20 days to do it. Any suggestions will be welcomed of places to stop off, good nightlife, cheap accomodation etc

While no one can supply you with a stop by stop description of your perfect RoadTrip, we can point you to a few resources for finding venues that suit you. The first place I'd be looking in your case is at college and beach towns along the way, and doing a net search for weekly entertainment papers and magazines in those towns. Those will list popular night spots and their current line-up of acts. Next, check out local brew pubs for similar listings. Then just start doing searches on {town_name tourist OR attraction} to locate both the well known and unheralded sites to see. Finally, don't overlook a very underutilized resource, especially by younger travelers, and that is local information centers, chambers of commerce, and the like. Hopefully, you've still got plenty of time to do your research and make this your own personal adventure.
