We posted a message on a different thread and now after receiving the reply I thought I'd put our whole plan to you and see if you can steer us right the advice is so great.

We have 10 days in April 1st 3 nights in SF and then 1 day 1 night to Vegas, 3 nights in Vegas, 1 day 1 night back to SF area and 2 nights before we fly home.

We obviously want to see as much as possible cos who knows when we will be back, and the cheaper it is the more we can do.

We would love to see the Parks, the Desert, the Coast and stay in some places typical of the area.

Any advice on routes, attractions, accomodation, nightlife,comedy shows etc would be great!!
