    Default Northeast Weekend Road Trips

Hey everyone, new to the forum. I am going into my senior year at RIT and me and a couple friends want to make this a very memorable year by going to the major cities in the northeast. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated on where we can go.

    Default Welcome!

Welcome to the RoadTrip America Forum!

You certainly have your selection of places to go, although your available time may limit how much you're actually able to see. For instance, from Rochester out to Boston is about an 8 hour trip, one way. New York City is certainly a bit closer, but still over 6 hours. Would you be doing potential three day weekends?

What kinds of things are you and your friends interested in? Are you interested only in the major cities, or in other smaller towns as well?

Thanks for replying back. We are, for the most part, going to be taking 3 and 4 day weekend trips. Although we plan on doing some tourist stuff, we would prefer to do more of the local scene stuff and pretty much open to where we go. Just want to have fun traveling is really the only goal.
