Prettiest Route from Philly to Cleveland in One Day

I have one day to get from Philadelphia, PA to Cleveland, OH. Any suggestions on a good route to take? Any nice scenic drives? And must-stop locations?

The direct route from Philly to Cleveland takes about 8 hours, using the Interstates in the area. Many of the state routes in the area are going to significantly lengthen this time. I know that I-76 has some quite scenic areas along its route - what did you have in mind?

I would say stop in Pittsburgh, maybe for a late lunch - there are plenty of very reasonably priced places to eat in the city.
