San Diego to Maryland, I-70 in January?

Salt Lake City
Denver
Salina
St. Louis
Lexington

Am I going to run into a lot of snow? Proposed travel dates are January 7th through 14th. I drive a Honda Civic. I'd take I-40, except that's how I drove out here to begin with, and I want to take a different road....

There is just no way to predict how much snow you will encounter on this journey. There is a darn good chance that you will see snow on just about every day of the trip. But it shouldn't be too bad. Carry a weather radio, stock up on supplies and you will be fine.
