3 wk road trip with two small kids from nj to fly back

I want to plan a three week roadtrip in the spring in an RV from NJ with a 3 and 4 year old. We will fly back. How do I plan such a trip. I'm not sure where to start. Are their travel agencies for such a thing? We'd like to do "Kid friendly" things.
