    Default Outlook for Summer Wildfires Affecting Road Trips

    It has already been a smoky fire season with tremendous loss of homes and lives.



    The South Fork Fire near Ruidoso, NM has already burned 1400+ homes in the last 48 hours. Including the homes of five hotshot crew members from the Smokey Bear Hotshots. Here is an update from a GoFundMe program to raise some funds forthose firefighters.

    More updates to follow--no doubt.....

    Hope is settles down this year. Plan to spend a week out in New Mexico in September.
