    Don't go by the placement of the map icon in the map above, this place really is in Minnesota. That placement is a result of the compression algorithm used by Google Maps. What is interesting is how large an area this is. The entire area is something on the scale of greater Winnipeg. Pretty interesting place to live!

    I would also note, for the trivia minded among you, that this is just one of at least three U.S towns that can only be reached by going through Canada. The other two that I know of are Point Roberts WA and Estcourt Station ME. Like Angle Inlet, their situation is due to peculiarities in how the border is/was defined.

    Wow, I knew of Port Roberts, but I had never heard of Escourt Station before. It's a shame, Had I known, I would have visited when I drove through that area a couple summers ago - then again, I would have driven through on a Sunday and the customs station would have been closed so I guess I couldn't have visited legally!
