Sometimes I leave the forum and do not remember where I have been exactly. Is there a function to mark the exact place ?

I am Sorry - i will try to explain.
Some time ago, it happened to me on an other forum. I replied to a topic. A day later, I wanted continue reading. But in the meantime there were quite a lot of other entries and it cost me quite a while and effort to find the headline and the topic again.
How do I get back to that position ? Do you have a tip? At least in principle ?
Merci beaucoup.
If you just want to find a particular thread later, you can add it to your favorites or bookmarks, depending on what browser you use.
You can use the 'Thread Tools' link above and subscribe to the thread where you can get notifications of updates on a particular thread.
Alternatively, if you have posted to the thread, you can click on your user name and select 'View forum posts' which will then list all your forum posts. Select the post/thread you are looking for, click and you will open the thread.
If you want to find the last post you made, click on your username and there will a list of links -- one of them is "view forum posts".
Click on the "view forum posts" link and there will be list of the posts you made -- scroll down the list until you see the thread and/or title of the post you are searching for. The same thing works for any member username. So, if you were looking for a post made by Southwest Dave, you could do the same thing.
Another way is to the name of the topic in the search box found on every page on this web site and if you know it... the name of the username and you can usually find posts that way.

Thanks for the advice ( through PM :) )
