As an automotive conversation starter, "road trip" is pretty hard to beat.
There's a romance to the notion of a long car journey; a sense of adventure, possibility, nostalgia and discovery that just can't be captured at 38,000 feet during that two-and-a-half hour flight to Orlando or Atlanta or New York.
