The historic district of Fillmore, which has a Main Street USA look and vibe to, is well represented, with this museum complex, which consists of several structures. They are the 1919 Rancho Sespe Bunkhouse, the 1905 Hinckley House, the 1887 railroad depot, and the tiny Bardsdale Post Office. There's even a restored vintage caboose on the tracks. These units are furnished with a variety of period items including dolls, clothing and home furnishings. The Museum is a departure point for leisurely rides on vintage trains via the Fillmore Western Railway.
