The birthplace of Canada's National Parks. In 1885, The Canadian Government set aside land to protect the hot mineral springs found here. Today, visitors can visit the historic bathhouse and view the pools of mineral water in both an underground cave and above ground basin.

Visitors are not allowed to touch the waters at this protected area. The site also features exhibits on Canada's entire National Park System and a museum about the World War I internment camps at this site and other nearby areas.
