In the colorful historic district of Staunton stands this Greek Revival style house where Woodrow Wilson, the 28th president of the Untied States was born in 1856, restored with Wilson family furnishings and other period trappings. Next to it is a museum tracing Wilson's careers as Princeton president, governor of New Jersey and U.S. president. Of particular interest are a World War I trench exhibit and the president's 1919 Pierce-Arrow limousine. A library of Wilson-related reference materials is accessible only by appointment for those conducting research projects.
