Roadtrip #4 - New Mexico and the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta

In the Fall of 2008, we headed through 2,778 miles of the southwest desert terrain for a glimpse of the annual balloon festival held in Albuquerque, NM. We also decided to take part of our 10-day journey and get a few more national parks & monuments checked off on our list.
  1. This showcases a variety of stala[ct/gm]ites in the caves of Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
