Well, it can't be any worse than all our possums. It's not unusual to see a dead possum or two on the roads, even in town. I walk my dog on the bay here in town. While trees block the view of town from where I walk, it's only about 0.25 from city hall, the fire department, etc. So traffic and population is a hop-and-a-skip away. For about a year, a cougar was often seen in that area. I quit walking in either the early morning hours or twilight for quite awhile but it's been about a year since the cougar was last seen (as far as I know anyway). Deer wander down there, too, and there were a few deer carcasses found. Ewwww!Quote:
