2 boxes small frozen lima beans
3 slices cooked bacon
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. curry powder
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream

 

Cook beans. Mix together with above ingredients excpet bacon. Crumble bacon over top. Bake one hour in shallow buttered casserole or Pyrex baking dish at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Serves 10.
