On the top of my list -- spend some time at Terlingua and Big Bend National Park in Texas.

Its a 25 ft class C and can go just about anywhere. Ive had this kind in the past. I like outdoor stuff. Cool rivers, falls, lakes. Museums, factory tours. Historical stuff, ruins, ghost towns, fossil hunting.
