    Default Xmass Tampa to Cincinnati

My wife and I are driving home from Tampa FL to Cinci OH leaving mid Dec. I have made the trip many times before but this will be the first time we are allotting time to make a stop along the way just for us.

We will have our 2 Boxers with us so we need to be concious of pet friendly locations.

I know we will be on I-75 most of the way up and off the top of my head I was thinking Stone Mountain in GA, but I am looking for other Ideas.

out side trip can be anywhere from a night to 3 days and nights.

    any ideas?

My first thought is that Nashville might be a fun place to visit around Christmas time. Perhaps others will also have some ideas for you. Bob

    Default I-75 Possibilities

Some possible, and worthwhile, stops along that general route that aren't too far off the main roads include:

FDR's Little White House in Warm Springs, Georgia
    Stone Mountain, Georgia
Great Smoky Mountains National Park along the Tennessee - North Carolina border
    Mammoth Caves in Kentucky

You could easily spend the better part of a day at any one of these stops, or if time constraints say otherwise, get a very rewarding taste of them in a few hours.
