can we do it?
We are 2 50 yr. old adults..want to do badlands, glacier, yellowstone, rockies national parks in 15 days.. can we do it???

Do you like to sleep?
Hmmmm. 15 days would almost be enough to see ONE of those national parks. Yes, it is physically possible to drive to all of those parks in fifteen days and see parts of them. But there is something to be said for quality over quantity. What kind of experience are you seeking?

By the way we are from Northwest Ohio and know that we are going to have some 5-600 mile days getting where we want to get...we routinely drive 450 miles a day to the UP of Michigan for snowmobiling/4 wheeling trips and do that in about 7-8 hrs. depending on road conditions....
we are not into an over abundance of hiking etc, as I suffer from asthma....

4100 miles, give or take
I've done this kind of trip and enjoyed it, but I'm a DRIVER -- getting there has always been most of the fun for me. From Findlay (just to pick a specific starting place), you can do a whirlwind tour of these parks in about 12 days -- that's an afternoon at Badlands, a full day at Glacier, 2.5 days at Yellowstone, and a day at Rocky Mountain Natl Park, plus the driving in between them -- long days, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. That leaves you three days extra along the way (part of that three will be taken up with other endeavors, like meals, which I did not include in the timing). So my answer to the question "can you do it" is yes, but you'll be tired when you get home! Bob

I thought it would be more like 4500+ miles
You will need to drive 7 or 8 hours for 9 of those 15 days. Driving 7 or 8 hours a day for several days in a row can become very tiring. Yellowstone is a really special place and I hope you will slow down long enough to spend at least 3 days there.
If you were to omit Glacier you could save yourself almost 800 miles. That would give you a day and a half longer to enjoy the other parks.
