Pittsburgh to Grand Canyon
I am starting to plan a road trip for the summer 2005 for my two teenaged sons and myself. I would like to take full advantage of our time and stop at as many places as we can on the way -- i.e. Tepee Village in KY -- just relax and have fun with my sons before they go off to college. Any advice or any suggestions on a way to gather information on attractions and sites between here and there? Thanks!

Sure!
Use Google and other ways to search, run city names along the way and other key words, and check out the different state's tourism sites online. You'll find links to other sites and probably find more information than you can use.
Don't forget to use the search function here on RTA also -- there's LOTS of good information available right here; I am always amazed at what I can find.

Travel packages and AAA
Hi!
If you're an AAA member, you should take advantage of their tourism info services : maps, triptiks, guide books. Guide books will give you specific informations about any given town (attractions, accomodations, museums, restaurants, etc.). You can also order travel packages directly from States tourism offices websites, they're free and they sometimes give you rebates on attractions and motels.
