Orange County -> Grand Canyon -> Fresno -> Yosemite -> San Fran

I'm plannin a road trip through the mentioned places over springbreak (April 4-11). We plan on camping out. Any suggestions or recommendations for places to visit would be great. I also plan on doing a lot of photography, so any particular places of interest would be great as well. Thanks,

You'll be very close when at the GC -- why not take in Zion National Park as well. I would think the camping in southern Utah would be great (I've never camped there in April, but I have camped in May with no problems) with sunny, warm days and crisp cold nights. Make sure your sleeping bag is rated down to the 20-30 range, or take extra blankets to tuck inside it just in case. This goes for GC too. Zion in morning light is a photographer's dream.
