My husband and I are wanting to stretch our road trip through next year's Spring, Summer, and perhaps Fall. We're driving from Alaska to Maine via everywhere in between. We'd like to make some money along the way. Everything I've found on the net is for at least a season's amount of time. We're looking for 1-3 weeks at a time. We're both fairly skilled in a lot of different areas and have a dog. ...would love some input!
Casual or temporary labor is available in just about every city of any size in America. A reasonable $/hr understanding requires an attitude shift. Jaimie Hall's book "RV Lifestyle" (http://www.roadtripamerica.com/read/working.htm)is chock-full of tips and suggestions that may help you. Plus, there are a number of other ideas at the "Working on the road" page: (http://www.roadtripamerica.com/dashboarding/working.htm)
