is it possible to get ad's on my car to help me pay for a trip

I am going to be going on a cross country trip and need help with the funding. I had the brainstorm idea of allowing companies or organizations to place ad's on my car for some money. Have any of you guys done this before and how would i even go about it or with what organizations. Thanks

We have designed and implemented a number of promotional programs using wraps (like billboards on vehicles) but sponsors want those "eyeballs" in specific markets and the liklihood you would find anyone willing to pay for such "advertising" on a normal road trip is extremely low.

There are some high-volume cities (NYC, Las Vegas, Chicago, etc.) that do have such opportunities, but the agreements generally require 10-14 hours of driving in the most congested streets each day. Probably not what you are looking for.

On the other hand, go for it. I just don't think you will have any success. The cost of the wraps require -- on average-- a guaranteed eyeball count of at least 5,000 per day.
