road trip

i am planning to take road trip with my bud's from indiana to somewhere west or south. do you guys have any suggestions?

There are plenty of places to explore with a starting spot in Indiana. Do you have any preferences in terms of how far you plan to go? What kinds of things interest you?

One suggestion would be choose a route that takes you hot springs in the west. But we would have to know a little more to give any hint of cool things to do.
