Jacksonville FL to Houston TX??

I'm planning a one-way roadtrip on my Motorcycle from Jacksonville FL to Houston TX. I-10 runs straight through, but I'd prefer to take some sceneic backroads.

Would like to Stop in Panama City, Pensacola, etc. Anyone have any suggestions on a fun route to take? I have 4-5 days, so I can take my time!

I HAVE DONE THE PAN HANDLE TO TEXAS A NUMBER OF TIMES AND WILL BE DOING IT AGAIN THIS FALL.I HAVE FOLLOWED THE COAST AS CLOSE AS I COULD. IF YOU WANT MORE DETAIL OF MY ROUTE MAIL ME. I RIDE A 1200 BANDIT AND OFTEN CAMP.
