I have the "black box" (Motorola 1936D) and have used it for two years to send faxes (no problems) while on the road. I'm trying to connect to the web with it, but I have trouble connecting. The odd time do I connect I have trouble maintaining the connection. Any hints?

    Default Black Box & RTA

IN our experience of the "black box" we have found it necessary to reduce the transmission speed of the data to 9.6Kbps and sometimes all the way down to 2.4Kbps. It has also been necessary to stop the Phoenix One while transmitting.

What is odd, is that like using a fax, we use the device for multiple line voice service and never have to step-down the speed.
