Default Here's another product notice -- GENIUS LITTER

    Howdy Folks,

A bunch of road trippers who live on the road travel with pets--usually dogs, but cats too and this product might be of interest to them. And we'd like some feedback from you.

This form of kitty litter uses silica gel instead of the more normal clay litter and is purported to be more absorbent -- resulting in less smell and less use.

The company claims that one small bag will last one cat an entire month.

The silica gel also turns colors if the cat has any sort of UL infection.

There are some really cute photos and more information on the Genius Litter website. And even more cute photos on their Facebook page.

So, we be very interested to know if:

    1) Any of you using this product?
    2) What do you think of if?

    Thanks,

    Mark

The question is, one can of what? ;)

    Default Ooops!!

Since I travel alone, at all times, you might find it strange that I have been using this for a while....... in my emergency toilet (bucket with tight fitting lid). Tons better than chemicals and much more effective.

[Another thing I learned from Bob Wells's website.]

    Hey, Mark,

I don't have any experience with that particular brand, but Jill has been buying silica gel litter for her cats for at least 20 years. It's more expensive, but it's absolutely superior. How long it lasts probably depends on the cat.
