    Default 2023 Wildfllower Superbloom could be epic

    All of that rain in the west has led to wildflowers on the hillsides.

    So, dusting off a couple of our wildflower links pages, although the following pages were published a few years ago, the links should still provide a good place to start your hunt:

    Wildflower Road Trips


    Antelope Valley

    Huge Caveat -- Because of bad behavior on the part of some visitors in the last SuperBloom event in 2019 -- some of the most popular areas of California will be "off-limits" this year.

    Walker Canyon near Lake Elsinore -- trails and roadway parking areas closed.

    And there will be NO superbloom in Death Valley this year! (rain at the wrong time.)

    But please use this thread to post photos and field reports of the flowers you've seen in your neck of the woods!
