New bridge opening on I-95 south in Fredericksburg, VA

Hope this PSA is allowed. For those who have to endure I-95 around DC it is claimed this may bring a little relief for the southbound at Fredericksburg just south of DC. Personally I think it just pushes the congestion a little further south.

For years Fredericksburg was the demarcation zone but during the past few years it seemed to have expanded to south of Richmond.
