So the O'Haire Motor Inn has The Sip 'N Dip Lounge which has mermaids! I then went looking on google maps for landmark places and after I put in ART, I found the brick building with the RED roof....it took a little doing but I FOUND IT!

The Great White Shark made by High School Kids is parked at the Paris Gibson Square, Museum of Art, located at 1400 First Avenue North in Great Falls, Montana

    This one was HARD!

    Default Nice detective work!

    Good work!

Yes, Megan and I have been to the Sip 'N Dip lounge a number of times. The mermaids swim even when the temperature outside is way below freezing.

    Nice detective work!

As near as I can tell, the Silverton Casino in Las Vegas stopped doing their Mermaid show, so that's out. Bottom line--unless I've misjudged and one of the preceding actually IS the right location--I'm still stumped!

Anybody else want to take a run at this?

To think I actually had it, way back there, but couldn't confirm the location with the dang-blang shark car! Ah, well--I bow to the searchers with superior skill!

I missed your earlier post, if I had seen that in a timely fashion I would have provided a "getting hotter" type clue. (sorry about that.)

    Default Return our roots

If you have ever stood here, you'll recognize this quickly.

Located in the western part of the USA...

Extra points: Can you identify the mythology associated with the statutes?

I don't recognize it. I'm not good with mythology and statues but I did notice the first one does have a pig/swine at his feet. That might help someone else.

The statues are from Greek mythology; that's Perseus (aka Jason) holding Medusa's head, complete with writhing snakes in lieu of hair. I'm not sure of the location. The Huntington Library comes to mind, but I was unable to confirm.
