Map won't print

I am trying to print out my trip map, but it won't. I read the directions at the bottom of the page, but when I click on "print saved map" (it is highlighted and available), it does nothing. Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for jumping in here with the support issue....

Matt... yes that should solve the problem -- unless you are using a tablet or mobile device... We've not been successful in creating an app for tablets or mobile devices and until we can write one that will work on the three dozen available platforms.... it will continue to be a bit frustrating for our members.
