Map for trip Vegas to San Francisco

Hi

Looking for advice and recommendations on where I can buy a map for my roadtrip from Las Vegas to San Francisco via Death Valley, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. Been trying to work out directions from yahoo maps and it's not going too well!

Our general map recommendations are listed here and on your short time frame, I'd say your best bet is to get to a map store, if there's one near by, or a discount big box (Sam's Club, Costco, and the like), and get a large format atlas. It will cover more territory than you really want, but then you'll have it for future trips. As a real quick alternative, you can go to one of the ubiquitous convenience stores that also has gas pumps and look at their map rack. I'm sure they'll have a map of California, and if you're lucky they'll have one of Nevada as well.

You can purchase one from Amazon and have it shipped to your door. What I would recommend would be the Benchmark California map. It has all of the roads you would need and covers the entire route of your trip in one easy-to-carry map book.
