Went there, bought the tshirt.
I agree with "Sleeper"; but the IMDB shows that film being shot at "Sculptured House", in Golden Colorado.

I agree with "Sleeper" (while having not a clue as to 'Clockwork Orange').
A more precise location of the house, though, is Evergreen, CO.
Foy
puts it at:
39 degrees, 42 minutes, 3 seconds North
105 degrees, 16 minutes, 37.6 seconds West
Overlooking I70 about halfway between Golden and Evergreen, on the Evergreen side of I70.

And what town did I find it in? http://www.roadtripamerica.com/blog/...ery-marker.jpg
Evergreen, Colorado is correct. The photo was taken from Genesse Mountain Park, owned by the city of Denver. The house is also easily visible from I70 just east of the Genesse exit.
The house was featured in the movie sleeper (IMDB got the location wrong), but not Clockwork Orange.
The "L" sign is a Lincoln Highway marker, but I don't know the location of this one, or what the up arrow is for.
6th and Aultman, facing east. (Isn't Google Maps Street View amazing?!). The arrow on the concrete post is. I believe, nothing more than a directional arrow indicating that the Lincoln highway proceeds straight ahead.

Here's a detail of the street scene (picture 2), with an arrow pointing to the marker (picture 1):

As for the Lincoln Highway; here's some info: http://www.lincolnhighwayassoc.org/info/
And, of course, the resident Lincoln Highway expert is Brian Butko and his book is -- GREETINGS FROM THE LINCOLN HIGHWAY can be found here.
and RTA has featured at least one mural from the Lincoln Highway....
What is it, and where is it? (Portions of photo smudged to hide the answer).
