While it did not come with an identification, imagine my surprise when I was sitting in my Doctor's office this afternoon and opened an old Car and Driver to page 98 and saw this. Maybe it will help someone else to know that C/D uses Craig's photoed facility as a test track.

Very symbolic that Lexus should visit as their parent finally overtook ours recently
More clues needed? I will have a think and see what I can think of whilst I take my cat to the vette
Taking your cat to the Vette eh?
Could it be the Road America racing circuit near Elkhart Lake Wisconsin?
Mark
See clue two in post #10...
It's not a race circuit or a test track of any type (though I wish it had been Road America as I would have loved to have seen that place... damn.)
Back from the Vette now... my god the people there are like something from a museum. Still, at least I could head down the road in a nice car.
Not sure what clues I can give without giving the game away!
Hmm - would that be the National Corvette Museum in Bowling Green KY?
*phew* :D Yes, well done, it's the National Corvette Museum located adjacent to the Corvette Factory in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Corvette, of course, is made by Chevrolet whose parent, General Motors, recently made history of their own for the wrong reasons. It's not gone so well for them since they were overtaken by Toyota as the biggest car company in the world.
Someone else can put a photo up next... I need a rest!! hehe
I cannot believe this one went right over my head... being as how I own this:

My only excuse is I've been busy, as you will find when I start a new thread in this section later today or tomorrow.
