You won't find snow in Las Vegas in early March, but you will certainly hit snow between Vancouver and Las Vegas in March!

Probably on I-5 through the Siskiyous, or anywhere along I-90/I-84/I-15 if you go that way.

You need to prepared to encounter snow on any mountain pass in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California and Nevada in March.
