I guess I did not communicate clearly what we were doing. We plan on spending on whole day at the Grand Canyon. Then the next full day would be driving from the Flagstaff area to Durango - no Grand Canyon. Is it possible to get most of the sites in for one day's time? Thanks so much for the quick replies!

still no
Considering the Grand Canyon was a very big part of what had been recommended previously in this discussion, failing to mention that you will have just come from the Grand Canyon is a pretty big detail.
Still, considering the drive times alone that we'd already explained, you still don't have enough time to hit everything that was listed - and most anything that includes a detour to Page will be tough because you're looking at a very full day on the road before you start to visit any sites along the way.
You might be able to hit some of the sites, and if you had an intinerary in mind, we'd be glad to give it a once over, however, right now, you're really leaving us guessing about what "everything" might entail.
Additionally, since you are on such a tight schedule, going all the way back down to Flagstaff might not be a great choice for lodging. Spending the night at the Grand Canyon or at Cameron - while more expensive - will save you a few hours of driving which seems like it would be very important based on what you've told us so far.

We decided to add an extra day. We will leave William, AZ, after spending two nights there, and spend the night in Kayenta, AZ. After 1 night there, we will drive to Farmington for 2 nights. I think we can get all mentioned above in during those scheduled days.

Is there any particular reason you want to spend 2 nights in Farmington? I've been there, and I'd much rather spend time in Durango. From Kayenta, I'd go through Monument Valley and up to Monticello, then over to Durango via Cortez.
If cost is an issue, hotel rooms in Kayenta are quite expensive, you would get a much better deal in Blanding or Monticello.
