All your driving days are quite reasonable and will allow you time to sightsee at various places along your route that appeal to you. Your's will be a much more relxaing drive than many where the only objective seems to be to cover as many miles as possible.

This is probably one of the most helpful threads as far as going from Washington to the Falls. We are looking to do a week long trip, stopping at camp sites to cut costs for hotels. Stay 2 nights at the Falls, then head back doing the same thing. Any suggestions on State Parks along the way? We definitely want to stop at Gettysburg (shoud we take 1 or 2 days for this?). We do like to Kyak and hike, love water scenerery, etc.
Any suggestions would be great. We are planning June 25 - July 2.
