Cincinnati to San Diego Northern Route

We came west to CA on I-70, 3 weeks ago and plan to head back east to OH (in late Aug) on I-40 then I-44 to St. Louis then I-70 back to Cincinnati.

Should be a fun time. The west is gorgeous-hot but gorgeous.

By law, no grade on the Interstate system can be greater than 6%. There should be nothing that your Civic can't handle.

In Oklahoma, the relevant turnpikes are:

1) The Turner Turnpike between Oklahoma City and Tulsa.The toll is $3.50 for a passenger car or light truck.

2) The Will Rogers Turnpike between Tulsa and the Missouri state line. The toll is also $3.50.

Toll data is from Wikipedia and subject to change, but should be fairly accurate.
