When a Plan Comes Together
Your plans seem to be shaping up nicely. To answer your last few remaining questions:
Peach Springs (rather than Peachtree?) has a couple of motels, but staying there at the end of the second day means that you would have to backtrack to Oatman and the GC Caverns. You're probably better off seeing Oatman in the afternoon of the Day 2 if time permits and then staying the night in Kingman. Then on Day 3, see the Caverns and enjoy the drive on Historic US-66, getting to Tusayan (just on the south side of Grand Canyon National Park) or into the park itself for that night's stay - either would do very nicely. The rest of your itinerary looks quite enjoyable and should not be too much of a strain on anyone.
