My daughter has always wanted to visit the Maine coast. She's graduating from high school this year, so I thought it would be fun for us to fly there, possibly in early April, rent a car, and drive the coast for 4 or 5 days. We need suggestions on what to see and where to stay. Help!

Many touristy places (motels, museums, restaurant, etc.) might be closed during the cold season but you'll manage to find everything you need I'm sure. I don't particularly enjoy crowded places so if you're like me you're going to love the coast during the winter (or should I say spring?)! It is so quiet and peaceful.
