ohio to cali and back in 16 days?

Hi, planning a road trip for our college spring break. We are taking greyhound from nyc to ohio, then picking up our suv. is it possible to get to california and back in 16 days? If not how far do you think we could get? Thanks so much, love this site!

You can make it to CA from anywhere in Ohio in 3 to 4 days driving time -- less if you drive long hours and split the driving up between you. That leaves you almost 10 days to surf and hang out on the beach!
