I'am pretty despered right now, because I can't find a good deal.
I'am going to rent a car from Los Angeles and driving it to Portland, Or in may 19-26. Is there any rentals, which can offer under 25 decent deals including liability, loss damage waiver and all the taxes. So whole package what I have to pay.
My budget for car is 400-500$
