Motel incentives

I am hoping to take a long awaited cross-country trip later this spring.

Most likely, I'll be spending many nights in the usual roadside motels (Motel 6, Super 8, Days Inn, Red Roof, etc) and I was wondering if anyone was aware if any of these chains has any sort of incentive plans. (i.e., Stay in one of our motels 4 times in the next month and get the next night free)

Some kind of incentive (other than price) might help me to choose one motel chain over another.
