ironically enough, im considering going to CA myself this weekend .... by road!!!
I am also driving from that area Vallejo to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Dec. 28. If you find the best route to go, please let me know.
We're doing a similar trip - NY to CA and back, with kids. We'd like to know about good places to stop for breaks along 70.
