Need car

Hi, my friends and i are interested in driving across the country from California to Florida and was wondering if you had any suggestions as to how this is possible. My dates are flexible, but I'd like to go sometime in July, 2003. Also, I'm aware that most drive-away companies require you to be 21, yet I'm only 20, and it's such a problem. Thanks for your time and your help!

Being under 21, you are going to have a very tough time finding a company that is going to let you rent a car at all, no less drop it off 3000 miles away.

Thanks for your encouragement. Just to let everyone else know, I've found rent-a-car companies that let you go one-way and have weekly rates. try expedia.com or priceline.
