I am planning to drive from CA to FL in may 2003 over about 3 months. What is the score about insurance, I will be 19 is this old enough to drive in all the southern states? will insurance be a fortune? what cars would people recomend. I want something old with character, maybe a caddy, or a VW camper.. any help is gratefully recieved.
