Requesting info on parking RV on private property in Tacoma

I am planning on stopping in Tacoma for an extended visit in my RV, and I would like to find a pasture or large property where I can park it for a monthly fee in or near (within 50 miles) the Tacoma, WA area. I would also be willing to trade handyman services for the spot. An electrical hookup would be nice, but not necessary. If you know of anyone that might want someone on the premises to look after their land, home, etc., then please let me know.
