I can't find the map

Apologies in advance for the stupid question. I want to "create a hand drawn route"

but I can't find the map in order to scroll and zoom.

The map should be right at the top of the page, above the spot where you found those instructions.

Are you on a PC or are you trying to do this from a mobile device?

Also check that your browser is not blocking pop-up windows, pop-up windows are used by the program to populate the maps.

BUT creating "HAND DRAWN ROUTES" are a mistake in most instances. You should only use the "hand-drawn map" option if you are creating a route 50 miles from any paved road. The "hand-drawn" tool was created for use in places where gravel and paved roads don't exist. The main RTA Custom Mapping program can create a incredibly complex map -- I've constructed routes and maps that cross over other sections of the (paved highway) route like giant figure 8's.
