Tips for resolving travel nightmares

I wanted to post a link to Christopher Elliot's consumer advocacy travel site. Generally, most road trippers choose road trips because of the element of adventure that is built in to the concept.

Most of us have seen trips take odd turns -- often with wonderful results, but there are those situations when unexpected travel delays, missing hotel reservations, breakdowns, cancelled flights, etc., where it can be helpful knowing some insider tips for getting things back on track.
