13,000 mile Motorycle Road Trip accross America

Hey all,

This is my Intro post and trip post i guess. I wanted to share our trip with you guys. I thought it might give some inspiration for some biking trips, and places to visit. The trip wasn't very planned out. We knew we wanted to see a lot of America, and put some miles on our bikes. We did this all on a very small budget, and did a lot of camping to cut costs. The trip was an amazing learning experience, and we are already planning our next trip. If anyone has a questions about the trip, ask away ! We learned some lessons the hard way :D. We filmed most of the trip, and turned it into a video blog series.

I'd love to hear more about your trip. I'm in process of planning my solo NYC to Anchorage motorcycle trip and also plan on doing lots of camping. I'm planning on leaving NY on July 2 and need to be in Anchorage for a tour I've signed up for on July 28. Any tips / suggestions you can share would be appreciated.
